Firstly we will start with theory, the fundamentals - we will explain: 
 
The Exposure Triangle, and why you will choose certain settings in different situations. 
Composition. 
White Balance.
JPEG vs RAW. 
Editing your images. A brief summary of the programs we use, and why we use them.

What you will need to bring: 
 
DSLR camera 
Batteries, and SD cards 
Tripod 
Filters (if available)
Comfortable walking clothes and shoes  (jacket in case it's cool on the beach) 
Fitness level beginner, must be able to walk on the beach across soft sand
