Information about prints, framing and shipping
1. Select your Paper type. 
We offer prints on either Ilford Galerie Textured Cotton Rag fine art paper 310 gsm (which has a matte finish), or Ilford Galerie Prestige Smooth Pearl 310 gsm (which has a semi gloss finish) paper.  
2. Framing options
At the moment we are only offering prints.
If you are local to the Newcastle/Port Stephens Region, and would like the names of some local framing companies, please send us a message via the "Contact Us" page, and we will make some recommendations.
3. Size - Select the paper size you would like to order
Consider the wall space where you would like to hang the art work. We suggest you measure your wall space, so you can be assured you order the correct size.
4. Shipping
Once you place your order and pay, prints are shipped within 10 business days of receiving your order.

  • Return Policy

    Please choose your selection wisely before submitting your order.  We do encourage you measure the size of the wall space where you will be hanging your wall art.  We do not refund or exchange for change of mind. 

     

    Once your order is placed, we send your order to our print lab. 

     

    We have a quality process in place, which ensures our items are of the highest standard upon shipping.  Each item is wrapped in such a way so it is protected against damage during transit.  If for some reason you receive a damaged item, we will replace the item at not charge upon receiving the damaged item. The time frame for returning a damaged item is four weeks from delivery. 

  • Shipping Information

    As soon as you place your order, we organise for our lab to print your image. Prints are shipped within 10 days of receiving your order.  Prints are only shipped within Australia.
